Lubezki + Malick is the perfect combination for film!
“My final school video assigment part 2”
Hi again, this was for the audio-visual language course, which consisted of making a video, (it could be anything just under 2 minutes) I decided to make a commercial with little touches of a short film.
Enjoy.
Hello guys, I know that I haven’t posted anything in a big while and by reading the title you may know why.
During the last 4 months I was on film school in another city of my country which some of you may know is México (Yeah I like to write things in english becuase I’m a hipster, nah it helps me to work on another language) so after saying all that to you I have to say that I let you here one of my final video assigments, this one was for the cinematography class it’s a music video and me and my time got a 100 (which is the best grade) I really enjoyed the making of the, even with the fact that it was made planned and filmed in 36 hours, what we did was to shoot an entire short film and then in post we cut it to make it a music video, I co-shot, co-edited and directed the thing.
Hope you enjoy :)
My photo class assignments.
Here I played with the composition of lights, doing contrast and also trying to work on the balance of grays.

Here’s my improvised Mexican short film that spoofs the talk scenes of action/suspense films of today.
It was shot with the Canon T2i at 24 fps.
Stills from my upcoming live action short film “El Interrogatorio” which in spanish means “The Interrogatory”, it’s obviously in spanish and it’s a spoof to the action/suspense filmmaking style of the last couple of years.
-Shot with the Canon T2i at 24 fps.
Here is some of my work as an amateur photographer.

Just watched “Road to Perdition” and wow it was very good, but what it really surprised me was the cinematography by Conrad L. Hall, it’s really a joy to watch.
Time to start mixing Del Toro!
Almost forgot. This week I’m doing something different (since I’m tired and lazy).
